The service
Weblevate is operated by Techurgency. Weblevate provides hosted websites, lead capture, online booking, and related tools for local service businesses. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your account and content
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you publish through Weblevate: your business details, photos, service descriptions, and how you handle customer inquiries. You must own or have rights to everything you upload. Do not use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans bill monthly or yearly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account page; your site stays up through the end of the paid period. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
Customer data on your site
Leads and bookings submitted by your customers belong to you. We process them on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for honoring your own customers' requests about their information.
Text messages (SMS)
Websites on our platform can send appointment-related text messages (confirmations, reminders, and replies) to customers who provide a phone number when booking. Consent is given directly to the business on its own website and is never a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Customers can reply STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for assistance. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Third-party services
Optional integrations (such as Google sign-in and Google Calendar sync) are subject to the third party's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party service outages.
Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep the service fast and available but provide it "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect.
